This event is held with these following objectives:

  1. To improve and strengthening the academic and practical exchanges, possible collaboration, and providing a forum between academicians, practitioners, government agents, and communities on “Human Capital, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization for Business Sustainability”
  2. To bring together leading academicians, researchers, scholars, practitioners, government agents, and communities to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of “Human Capital, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization for Business Sustainability” and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted
  3. To promote and introduce SBM ITB as a world-class university and as the leading higher institution in the field of Business and Management

This event invites Faculty of Economic, Business and Communication – Naresuan University-Thailand in order to support this conference succeeds. The main responsibilities of the university partner are: disseminating and promoting this conference to the internal university/government/business practices, providing the qualified international reviewers for submitted abstracts, sending the attendants/students and presenters (minimum 30 lists in accumulation).

The theme of this 2nd International Conference that we would like to propose is “Human Capital, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization for Business Sustainability”.
Each of these topic areas is described below and the list is not exhaustive. Abstracts may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following main topic areas:
